Welcome to Engage & Explore
Our online engagement site allows you to provide feedback and stay updated on our plans, projects and services, helping us make the right decisions for South West Victoria.
We’re keen to hear your views so we can make the right decisions for the future.
Every five years we prepare a Price Submission to our independent regulator, the Essential Services Commission (ESC),
that justifies the water and sewerage charges on our customers’ bills.
The submission outlines the costs required to operate our business, the demand for water and sewerage services, and the investments we need to make in new infrastructure.
Feedback from our customers and the community is a fundamental part of the process. We want to understand your current view of our products and services, and what you expect of us in the future.
Put simply, we are focussed on delivering the services that people want and achieving value for money.
Share your thoughts, shape our future.

What have we heard so far?
To everyone who spoke to us in 2021 by participating in a focus group or interview, completing an online or phone survey, or popping into a stall at the Small Town Roadshow, thank you for your time and valuable insights.
Your feedback is being used to inform the development of our 2023 – 2028 Price Submission and 2022-2027 Urban Water Strategy. More information on these is available on our website.
